                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
                   HAMILTON GROUP CONSULTANTS RELATIVE TO
                   OPERATIONAL ASSESSMENT OF PURCHASING
                   PRACTICES OF THE CITY AND OF THE
                   ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MOCCASIN
                   BEND WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AT A COST
                   OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($14,100.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Personal Services Agreement with Hamilton Group
       Consultants relative to operational assessment of purchasing
       practices of the City and of the organizational structure of the
       Moccasin Bend Waste Water Treatment Plant at a cost of 
$14,100.00.
